Assistant Manager, Latta, SC

Southern States Cooperative, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Assistant Manager at our Latta & Little Rock Service located in Latta, SC.  Responsibilities include serving as a sales representative for selling products and services to Farmers, during farm visits.  This location is 98% agronomy with heavy emphasis on crop sales, crop protectants, fertilizer, seed, farm supplies, also will supervise  Precision (GPS) work and variable rates in fertilizer and conventional sampling. Assist Manager in inventory control.  Sales are mainly outside; however you will be required to work inside when needed.

 This position requires 3 years sales experience in Agronomy.  Must be knowledgeable in fertilizer, seed, and chemicals. Must be organized, flexible and customer service oriented with strong communication skills and highly motivated.
