NDT-Level II (X-Ray and/or Penetrant)

JOB SUMMARY Processing, inspecting and certifying parts to internal and/or customer requirements using various NDT inspection methods and tools.

 JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have experience and training in NDT methods of inspection (Grain Insp., PT, UT, RT).
Must meet the requirements for certification to Level II, per NAS 410 and SNT-TC-1A.
Must show competency in specification and Blue Print interpretation.
Must have the ability to work to production schedules and priorities.

  ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be willing to cross train in surrounding departments to support delivery schedule.
Must have the ability to work as team and work with surrounding departments to resolve conflicts in the process or parts interpretation.

 JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent and have 5 years manufacturing experience or equivalent.
Must be able to speak, read and write English.
Must have the ability to work with your hands.
Must be capable of maintaining level II certification in the certified method through competent inspections and continued understanding of processes.
