Integration & Test Team Director, KEI Program

We are preparing for the next phase of development for the Kinetic Energy Interceptor (KEI) Program and we're offering this 'ground floor 'opportunity to make a significant contribution in a highly visible management position.


As the Integration and Test IPT Leader for the KEI Program you would report directly to the Program Manager and have responsibility for all aspects and performance of the Integration Test IPT, including; System Integration and Checkout; Laboratory, Ground and Flight Test Planning & Execution; Test Facilities and Asset Management. In this role you would direct the activities of a cadre of approximately 180 Test and Evaluation Team employees operating at multiple sites.


Qualifications: Candidates must posses: demonstrated leadership skills in a government / contractor team environment; an extensive background in Systems Test & Evaluation, particularly in the field of missile defense systems. Prior experience working with the Missile Defense Agency is highly desired. This position requires: an in depth understanding and experience applying rigorous mission assurance and project management principles, EVMS standards, program metrics; and exercising LEAN and continuous improvement. A B.S. degree in Engineering (MS preferred)is required with a minimum of 15 years experience.
