Statistical Analyst

PETSMART, a nationwide retailer of pet supplies, is currently seeking a Statistical Analyst for our Corporate headquarters in NW Phoenix.

 

This position is responsible for playing a key role in gaining insights on customer behaviors and in identifying opportunities to develop CRM and Direct Marketing initiatives.  Key responsibilities include regression and profile modeling, customer trend reporting, segmentation analysis, market basket/SKU analysis, customer scoring and post mortem analysis.

 

Qualified candidate would be responsible for performing analysis and reporting of key customer segment behavior, develops profile models for CRM and Direct initiatives, provides recommendations and sizes potential opportunities.  Performs post mortem analysis on key marketing campaigns, including CRM offers, catalog initiatives, and internet campaigns.  Provides customer behavior habits of SKU demand and market basket analysis.  Analyzes and provides specific next stpes based on scoring patterns and customer lifetime values, and executes and interprets key customer management reporting.

 

Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university with emphasis in quantitative statistics and 4-6 years experience related to Database/Retail and/or Direct Marketing.  Master's degree preferred.
