Position Summary
The Senior Interactive Marketing and Brand Manager works with senior management and Line of Business marketing managers to create the company branding, messaging and interactive communications strategy. Position manages direct reports and external vendor relationships, and coordinates closely with Senior Management and LOB marketing managers to ensure corporate brand and messaging are translated appropriately across all interactive channels.
Responsibilities
Specifically, the position will be responsible for (but not limited to):
•Working with senior management to establish and implement a cohesive brand identity program that reinforces corporate strategy and establishes a strong visual identity across the company and with all stakeholders/audiences
•Serving as a key contact at the corporate level working with divisional marketing resources to establish programs and reinforce corporate brand identity
•Directing the organization's online marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives
•Working with corporate communications team and LOB marketing managers to develop and manage interactive marketing plans and thought leadership related marketing programs
•Working with LOB marketing managers to develop a comprehensive portfolio of interactive marketing components for the company and its business units
•Managing web-based sales inquiries, either directly or by redirection
•Managing interactive lead tracking and presenting reports to senior management
•Other communication coordination duties, as assigned

Education and/or Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR or Communications; related Masters Degree or MBA desirable
•5 to 10 years corporate marketing and web-based communications experience
•Broad experience with a full range of marketing communications tools, particularly interactive, with an appreciation for driving profitable growth and achieving maximum return on marketing investment
•Strategic thinking, conceptual skill and ability to execute at all levels of an organization
•Skill and diplomacy in directing the resources and activities of external agencies
•Strong people management and problem-solving skills
•Solid project management skills and a keen sense of priority
•Exceptional communication and presentation skills
•Works well independently as well as in a collaborative environment
Essential Skills:
Computer Skills
The individual should be well versed in Microsoft Office applications and all standard administrative programs. The individual should be highly proficient in a variety of multimedia technology and software applications, including design, HTML authoring and content management applications. A strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design and Quark is preferred, along with a thorough understanding of HTML, Flash and web-based technologies.
