Here at NextStudent we are looking for a Search Enging Advertising Specialist to work under the guidance of the web operations manager, the search engine advertising specialist assists in running search engine advertising campaigns.  Works with the web marketing specialists and sales managers to ensure that online advertising initiatives are results-driven and integrated with business requirements. Assists in design of online collateral, including online pay per click ads, promotions, and web copy.  Helps with planning and maintaining public websites, and handles reporting trends and spends.

Ongoing Job Responsibilities: Manages pay per click bidding and program implementationWorks with external advertising channels to set up new opportunitiesWrites web ads, and assists with other collateral materials Proofreads materialsCompiles media information/statisticsTracks expenditures against budgets and adjusts advertising efforts real time to get the maximum return on ad spend


Requirements:Bachelor's degree in related field, plus 1-3 years experienceMust have strong understanding and experience with PayPerClick advertisingMust have strong understanding and experience with Search Engine OptimizationStrong written and oral communications Strong project management skillsEffective interpersonal skillsSelf-starter, eager to tackle challenging projects and assignments, able to multi-task Able to translate business goals, initiatives and technical information into messages easily understood by a variety of audiencesSkilled in Microsoft programs, especially Excel and Word Creative team player


Preferences:Experience in marketing or marketing communications fieldsExperience with Web site developmentExperience in high-tech business-to-business organizations plans

  SQL, HTML, C# skills preferred but not required
