Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist will join a growing and dynamic marketing team and must have a solid background and proven track record in marketing communications.

Specific responsibilities will include:

Research, recommend and manage lead gen opportunities for Management Systems Division Marketing Managers.
Recommend and coordinate online marketing program including newsletter sponsorships, banner advertising, white paper postings, splash pages, web listings, web casts, web portals, inquiry forms and search terms.
Provide detailed analysis and reporting on competitor’s activities.
Analyze and generate regular reports on results from marketing lead gen campaigns.
Assist with invoicing and budget management for regional marketing teams.
Support tradeshows and other events.
Support roll-out of new brand architecture.

Experience and Skills:

Bachelors degree in communication, journalism, marketing or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years experience.
Experience in managing publications, vendor relationships.
Excellent analytical and project-management skills.
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
Must have initiative, adaptability and attention to detail.
Proven quantitative skills and data analysis capability.
Seasoned writer, editor.
Team-orientation; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines; high standards of excellence; desire to learn and grow.
Proficiency with MS Office and Microsoft Projects.
