Marketing Project Manager

Purpose:
Manage all communication projects related to brand and brand development to ensure consistency, continuity, integrity and enrichment of the Centex brand.
Deliverables:
Manage all brand communications and partner relationships to preserve and enrich the Centex brand and the Centex home buying experience. Ensure brand integrity. Deliver programs and communications that inspire loyalty and enhance customer satisfaction that will inevitably lead to increased sales.
Measurements:
' Manage a loyalty program for the Realtor community.
' Manage communication with realtors, marketing partners, industry associations and trades.
' Deliver consumer traffic to new neighborhoods based on sales goals and projections
' Deliver consumer awareness and inspire consumer loyalty for the Centex brand and its communities, products, services and values through advertising and other branded vehicles and promotional activity.
' Implement effective, timely and accurate communications to increase awareness of the Centex brand and its communities, products, services and values.
' Create a positive customer experience through, thoughtful, informative, interesting and accurate communication, comfortable sales environments, and on-target delivery of tasks to support sales as measured by JDP customer service scores and internal goals.
' Supervise the coordination and implementation of Divisional events, programs, employee communications, incentives, and recognition programs in collaboration with HR.
' Produce all branded collateral according to specifications, with accuracy and timeliness.
