With new sports and entertainment clients and an expanding office, we are in need of 6 Marketing Manager Trainees to develop, support and drive marketing campaigns and initiatives, idea generation and advertising. These openings are essential to the success of our company, as they are the future leaders of Xcel Marketing, Inc.. 

At Xcel Marketing, Inc. offer a comprehensive training program, where qualified individuals will be trained in the following areas: Marketing Sales/ Promotions Business Development Team & Market Development Account Coordination Administrative/ Human Resources As a Marketing Manager Trainee, the right candidates will learn all of the entry level, day-to-day operations. They will then be expected to master the skills needed to effectively manage an office on a daily basis. These tasks include training and development, account management and overseeing a portfolio of established clients. When training is complete, these new managers will run our branch offices. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent college graduates, or individuals looking for a career change.
