Customer Relationship Marketing Manager

We are currently looking for a team member to serve as Customer Relationship Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Develops/implements strategies for effective communication with all customer and prospect audiences including consumers, coaches, merchants and reps.
• Measures the results of strategies and makes adjustments if needed.
• Liaise between various departments and prospect audiences to achieve results.

Qualifications to include:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years experience in direct marketing.
• Broad knowledge of CRM and SFA systems.
• Demonstrated accomplishments in creating customer, prospect and internal communication programs including complex, multi-step matrices.
• Strong writing and editing skills with experience in a variety of communication mechanisms including direct mail, email and Web- based.
• Ability to draft business and functional requirement documents.
• Able to direct programmers, copywriters, designers and other creative professionals.
• Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills.
• “Can do” attitude, strong curiosity, team player and high degree of flexibility is essential.
• Experience with products marketed in high school and/or sports market is a plus.
• 10 to 15% travel. Travel will be sporadic.
