A highly successful National Franchise service company is growing and is seeking a strong Administrative and Customer support  person who is motivated, enthusiastic and an energetic self starter. This position could transition into either a sales or operations career path.

 

This individual should be able to handle all operational aspects of running a small business -- A/R, A/P, Quickbooks, invoicing, customer service,  scheduling, payroll and filing. With the company being less than a year old, this person will have the opportunity to help design the playbook, not simply run-it.

 

 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Answering a multi-line telephone system, redirecting calls, taking messages Answering customer, supplier, and franchisee phone inquiries and following up with calls, e-mail and/or standard mail correspondence as necessary Reviewing  invoices for completeness and accuracy Coordinating payments owed to vendors Purchasing supplies, printed materials, etc. for the office Following up on the collection of past due accounts and the resolution of customer disputes Overseeing and monitoring all office equipment (i.e. copier, phones, fax, printers, etc.) Organizing and maintaining accounting file systems (Quick Books) and file correspondence Doing report generation and maintenance, filing and data entry as required Overseeing Telemarketing personnel

 

Qualifications:Exceptional planning, organizational and detail skills Excellent communications skills with a strong focus on customer support Bookkeepting knowledge is REQUIRED  (Quick Books) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point) Multi-tasking with the ability to work under pressure Ability to work constructively with other employees, vendors, customers and franchisees Dedicated, hardworking with a positive “can do” attitude
