Floor Supervisor

Due to continued growth, A.B. Data's Class Action Administration Division seeks a Floor Supervisor to assist management staff on claims processing floor. The main focus of this position it to balance the needs of management and employees to ensure retention of productive workforce.  Handles all requests for time off, scheduling, attendance and floor activity. Position requires associate's degree or equivalent, extreme attention to detail and analytical skill, and a general understanding of securities.  Must be able to type at least 45 wpm, ability to use 10-key, ability to verify and enter data and large amounts of information, work independently, familiarity with Access, excellent time management and customer service skills.
