Birmingham -Technical Service Representative

Job Description: TeleTech is a leading provider of customer service solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Our Customer Service Representatives take inbound calls in a professional, courteous, and customer focused manner to answer and service all customer inquiries and concerns. They take ownership of the concerns and follow through on solutions in order to provide customer oriented quality service excellence.

Technical Support

Qualifications:

Minimum of Six - Twelve Months of Customer Service Experience, required

Employment Stability (reviewed heavily)

Meet TeleTech's hiring guidelines by successfully completing a criminal background check & drug screen.

Basic computer skills and knowledge of Windows environment

Excellent verbal communication skills

HS diploma or equivalency

Compensation - $9.00 per hour $0.50 shift differential
Monthly Bonus Opportunities

Available Shifts:

Full Time- Afternoon/Night and Weekend Shifts

Must be very flexible, center is open from 6am-12am, 7 days a week
