Billing Clerk

We are seeking an energetic and a highly motivated Billing Clerk. Come join a high-impact and energetic group of professionals as we grow. The position is located in our Mobile office. We are looking for an individual who possesses the following skills:

· Previous Billing experience

· Prior Accounting experience a plus

· Computer experience using Excel and Word

· Ability to develop Excel spreadsheets a plus

· Attention to detail

· 10 key experience

· Filing/Faxing

· Computer literate

· Type 40 WPM

· Occasionally take and enter orders from customers and sales department

· Occasionally answer multiline phone system
