This is a highly successful, multi-national corporation that has NEVER downsized, is well established and highly, highly profitable. This organization is well respected throughout the world. This position is with one of their divisions that is expanding rapidly and needs a Vice President of Finance (Experience as a CFO, or Controller, Director of Finance or Vice President of Finance etc.). Candidates MUST demonstrate strong verbal communication skills, professionalism and show strong - obvious enthusiasm on the phone. MUST have strong budgeting and forecasting experience AND multi-site rresponsibilityexperience. Salary:  $125,000 to $135,000

Annual Bonus- First Year- $37,000 to $40,000 (30% REALISTIC-Annual Bonus)

Requirements:


 

- Obvious enthusiasm and a dynamic energy level required (this must be obvious during our first telephone discussion, our client absolutely requires this)

- Experience putting teams or groups together and experience motivating and managing these people in a team-oriented style





- Strong forecasting and budgeting experience needed.

- MUST have experience with multi-sites, your resume should show this in order for you to be

considered (please do not apply unless you have multi-site experience, this is a critical requirement for this position) 



- Minimum of a 4-year college degree in Finance, Business or Accounting (absolutely requires a MINIMUM of 4-year college degree with a degree major in either Accounting, Business or Finance), an MBA is a plus!! (but not at all required).

- 4+ years in a financial or accounting management position (e.g. 'Financial Manager' or 'Accounting Manager' or 'Chief Financial Officer', 'Director of Finance' etc.

- Proven strong leadership skills

- Strong computer skills

 

(A CPA is a PLUS for this, however- not at all required, a Certified Public Accountant License at some point, even if not current, is a PLUS though)
