Treasury Specialist

Infinity Insurance Company is a leader in the auto insurance industry with over 2,000 employees.  We are currently seeking an Treasury Specialist / Assistant Treasurer for our Corporate office in Birmingham

 

Responsibilities include:

 
Performs cash flow forecasting at both company and consolidated levels and makes related recommendations to management about the placement of money
Oversees the activities of the Draft Acceptance Clerks and Cash Accounting Clerks, including personnel selection, making assignment, completing performance evaluations and handling disciplinary matters.

Ensures all banking transactions are documented and that all bank account data is tracked and documented on a regular basis

Oversee activities of third party collection agencies and produces and distributes reports related to the corporate collection effort


Skill Requirements:
Finance or Accounting degree from an accredited program required Supervisory experience preferred
CTP designation preferred
Excellent communication skills
Four or more years of experience in treasury management experience, either with a bank or in a corporate environment
Investment management experience a plus
Must have excellent Word and Excel skills
