Collateral Mortgage Capital, LLC, one of the nation’s leading providers of real estate capital, has an immediate opening in its Birmingham, AL home office located in the Galleria Towers.  Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other Business related field plus 4-5 years’ experience as an internal auditor, preferably in a financial services company.  CIA designation preferred but not required.  Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.  Must be proficient in Word and Excel.  Responsibilities include reviewing, testing, and reporting on internal controls related to the loan closing process, loan servicing, and financial accounting and reporting.  The position will directly report to the President of the company.  There will be a heavy focus on loan servicing, both internal policies and external requirements from investors and lenders.  We offer great benefits and a great working environment.  If interested and qualified, email resumes to: rachelf@collateralservices.com or fax to: 205-951-4472.  EOE/M/F/D/V
