As a Property Accountant you will have responsibility for..........

-detailed financial reporting and accounting analysis

- serve as the primary accounting control for designated properties

- overseeing general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and forecasting

-overseeing yearly budget process

-manage and ensure payment of debt service

-preparation of actuals vs. budget

-special projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

- BS in Accounting/Finance strongly preferred

- Experience in property accounting strongly preferred

- Excellent communication/problem solving ability

- 1+ years of general accounting

 

Salary - $38k - $50k depending upon experience + excellent work environment & promotional opportunities
